Q) What is your company's background and do you have the expertise to provide this service on a consistent reliable basis?
A) We are software developers and have other vertical market software. This new product has been tested extensively. If there is an issue, we always respond quickly.

Q) Is this a one-time deal or will you be around for years to come? I would hate to recommend your product only to have to tell the same clients next year the service is not available.
A) One member of the TargetUpdate team is Doug and he will retire in 10 to 15 years. He will be quite happy when we keep it going that long.

Q) Is there a serious legal issue with providing updates to MYOB?
A) There is no legal issue as it turns out. MYOBTM Canada Inc. License Agreement states: "YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SELECTION OF THE PAYROLL TAX TABLES AND SALES TAX TABLES ("TAX TABLES") TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED PURPOSES, FOR THE PROPER INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE TAX TABLES AND FOR VERIFYING RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE TAX TABLES. MYOB DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE TAX TABLES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE TAX TABLES WILL BE INTERRUPTION OR ERROR FREE."

Q) If we have problems with the upgrade, will there be technical support? At what cost?
A) No charge for technical support, unlike some other companies. Just call 905 634 6233.
